補(bu)償電容器(qi)組裝設在(zai)變電站站內母線上,可(ke)手(shou)動(dong)或分組自(zi)動(dong)補(bu)償。結合(he)電網實際情況,選擇按功(gong)率因數、電壓(ya)(ya)無功(gong)、電壓(ya)(ya)無功(gong)綜(zong)合(he)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)或電壓(ya)(ya)無功(gong)綜(zong)合(he)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)兼濾波(bo)(bo)等不(bu)同方(fang)式進行補(bu)償。動(dong)態無功(gong)補(bu)償由(you)可(ke)控(kong)硅控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)投(tou)(tou)切電容器(qi),這種(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)式反(fan)應速(su)度一般在(zai)20ms,投(tou)(tou)切時無充(chong)電電流和過電壓(ya)(ya),但由(you)于可(ke)控(kong)硅有自(zi)然導通電壓(ya)(ya)的特性(xing),電容器(qi)投(tou)(tou)切是會(hui)產生諧波(bo)(bo)。

現場運(yun)行證明,采用上述(shu)方案進行補(bu)(bu)(bu)償(chang),由APF濾除部分(fen)諧波,降低系統諧波含量(liang),再由SRC進行無功補(bu)(bu)(bu)償(chang),保障電容器的(de)安全(quan)運(yun)行,達到(dao)了(le)APF和SRC協同(tong)補(bu)(bu)(bu)償(chang)的(de)目的(de)。提高了(le)設備利(li)用率(lv)和生產效率(lv),取(qu)得了(le)較好的(de)經濟和技術效益。
根(gen)據現行國(guo)家標準《并聯電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)裝置設計(ji)(ji)規范》GB 50227—2008中(zhong)第3.0.2條(tiao)的要求,變(bian)電(dian)站的電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)安裝容(rong)(rong)量,應根(gen)據本地區電(dian)網無功規劃和國(guo)家現行標準中(zhong)有(you)(you)關(guan)規定經計(ji)(ji)算后確定,也可根(gen)據有(you)(you)關(guan)規定按(an)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)容(rong)(rong)量進行估算。當不具備(bei)設計(ji)(ji)計(ji)(ji)算條(tiao)件時,電(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi)安裝容(rong)(rong)量可按(an)變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)容(rong)(rong)量的10%~30%確定。
