根據《全國供用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)規則》和《電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和無功(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)技術導則》,均要求電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)的功(gong)率因(yin)(yin)數(shu)應達到下(xia)列規定:高(gao)壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)的工(gong)業用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)和高(gao)壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝有帶負(fu)荷調整電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)裝置(zhi)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu),其(qi)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)交(jiao)接(jie)(jie)點處的功(gong)率因(yin)(yin)數(shu)為0.9以上;其(qi)他(ta)100kV·A(kW)及以上電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)和大、中(zhong)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)排灌站(zhan),其(qi)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)交(jiao)接(jie)(jie)點處的功(gong)率因(yin)(yin)數(shu)為0.85以上。而《國家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網公司電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)無功(gong)補償配置(zhi)技術原則》中(zhong)則規定:100kV·A及以上高(gao)壓(ya)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu),在用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)高(gao)峰時變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)側(ce)功(gong)率因(yin)(yin)數(shu)不宜(yi)低(di)于0.95;其(qi)他(ta)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu),功(gong)率因(yin)(yin)數(shu)不宜(yi)低(di)于0.90。
