根據(ju)《全國(guo)供(gong)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)規則》和(he)(he)《電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和(he)(he)無(wu)功(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)技(ji)術導(dao)則》,均要求電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)的功(gong)率因(yin)(yin)數(shu)(shu)應達到下列規定(ding)(ding):高(gao)壓(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的工業用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)和(he)(he)高(gao)壓(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)裝有帶(dai)負荷(he)調整電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)裝置(zhi)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu),其用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)交接點(dian)處(chu)的功(gong)率因(yin)(yin)數(shu)(shu)為0.9以上(shang);其他100kV·A(kW)及以上(shang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)和(he)(he)大、中(zhong)型電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)排灌站,其用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)交接點(dian)處(chu)的功(gong)率因(yin)(yin)數(shu)(shu)為0.85以上(shang)。而《國(guo)家電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)公司電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)系(xi)統(tong)無(wu)功(gong)補償配置(zhi)技(ji)術原(yuan)則》中(zhong)則規定(ding)(ding):100kV·A及以上(shang)高(gao)壓(ya)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu),在用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)高(gao)峰時變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)側功(gong)率因(yin)(yin)數(shu)(shu)不宜低(di)于(yu)0.95;其他電(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu),功(gong)率因(yin)(yin)數(shu)(shu)不宜低(di)于(yu)0.90。
