根(gen)據(ju)我國現有設(she)備情況及運行經(jing)驗,當(dang)采用(yong)自(zi)動無功(gong)補(bu)償裝置時,宜根(gen)據(ju)本條提出的三種方式加(jia)以選用(yong)。如果以節(jie)(jie)(jie)能(neng)為(wei)主,首要(yao)的還是節(jie)(jie)(jie)約電費,應以補(bu)償無功(gong)功(gong)率參數(shu)來調節(jie)(jie)(jie)。目(mu)前(qian)按(an)功(gong)率因數(shu)補(bu)償的甚(shen)多,但根(gen)據(ju)電網運行經(jing)驗,功(gong)率因數(shu)只反應相位,不反應無功(gong)功(gong)率。
安裝(zhuang)補(bu)償模組不補(bu)償的原因
另(ling)外由于可控(kong)硅的(de)觸發(fa)次(ci)數(shu)沒有(you)限制(zhi),可以實現準(zhun)動(dong)(dong)態補償(響應(ying)時(shi)間在毫(hao)秒級),因此適(shi)用(yong)于電容器的(de)頻繁投切,非常適(shi)用(yong)于頻繁變化的(de)負荷情(qing)況,相對于交流接觸器有(you)了質的(de)飛躍(yue)。可控(kong)硅開關的(de)缺點(dian)是結構復雜、體積(ji)大、損耗大、成本高、可靠性差,優點(dian)是能實現過零投切、動(dong)(dong)作迅速、反應(ying)快,多用(yong)于動(dong)(dong)態補償的(de)場合(he),而不(bu)適(shi)用(yong)于常規(gui)低壓電容器投切的(de)無功(gong)補償裝置(zhi)中(zhong)。
控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的取(qu)樣電(dian)流(liu)問(wen)題:1、單相取(qu)樣如 A 相取(qu)樣、B、C 相為控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)電(dian)源(yuan),取(qu)樣相不(bu)能(neng)(neng)為控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)電(dian)源(yuan)。2、兩只(zhi)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)用一臺變壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)的電(dian)流(liu)互感器(qi)(qi)(qi)取(qu)樣,取(qu)樣線(xian)只(zhi)能(neng)(neng)串聯(lian),不(bu)能(neng)(neng)并聯(lian)。3、控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)顯(xian)(xian)示的功(gong)率(lv)因數(shu)(shu)如果(guo)是負(fu)數(shu)(shu),控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)(qi)(qi)電(dian)源(yuan)的兩相互換一下就能(neng)(neng)顯(xian)(xian)示正確的功(gong)率(lv)因數(shu)(shu)。
