電力電容器無(wu)功補償裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置具有(you)(you)安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)方便,安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)地(di)點增(zeng)減方便;有(you)(you)功損(sun)耗小(僅為額定容量的0.4 %左(zuo)右(you));建設周期短;投資(zi)小;無(wu)旋轉部件(jian),運(yun)行(xing)維護簡便;個別電容器組(zu)損(sun)壞(huai),不影響整個電容器組(zu)運(yun)行(xing)等優點。高(gao)壓(ya)分散(san)補償實際就(jiu)是在單臺變壓(ya)器高(gao)壓(ya)側安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)的,用(yong)以改善電源電壓(ya)質(zhi)量的無(wu)功補償電容器。其主要用(yong)于城市(shi)高(gao)壓(ya)配電中。
冶金行業無(wu)功補(bu)償(chang)元(yuan)件(jian)的必要性
2000年之(zhi)前生(sheng)產的(de)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)并聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)的(de)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)大多(duo)數是400V,而隨著農網(wang)改造和電(dian)(dian)(dian)能質(zhi)量的(de)不斷提高(gao),目前,電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)特別是配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)首(shou)端,電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)一般都要超過(guo)400V,有的(de)達420V左右。而低壓(ya)無(wu)功補償裝(zhuang)置柜都是安裝(zhuang)在配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)變壓(ya)器(qi)低壓(ya)線母線側,處于(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de) 前端,此時,電(dian)(dian)(dian)容器(qi)長期在高(gao)于(yu)(yu)其(qi)額定電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)狀態(tai)下運(yun)行,縮短了壽命(ming)。
在A相(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)C相(xiang)(xiang)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)接入一(yi)個(ge)(ge)適當(dang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)感L1將A相(xiang)(xiang)有功(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)1/3轉移到(dao)C相(xiang)(xiang),在A相(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)B相(xiang)(xiang)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)接入一(yi)個(ge)(ge)適當(dang)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容C1將A相(xiang)(xiang)有功(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)1/3轉移到(dao)B相(xiang)(xiang),這時電(dian)(dian)(dian)感L1在A相(xiang)(xiang)產(chan)生的(de)感性(xing)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)恰(qia)好將電(dian)(dian)(dian)容C1在A相(xiang)(xiang)產(chan)生的(de)容性(xing)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)抵消掉。在B相(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)零線之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)接入一(yi)個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)感L2將電(dian)(dian)(dian)容C1在B相(xiang)(xiang)產(chan)生的(de)容性(xing)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)抵消掉。在C相(xiang)(xiang)與(yu)零線之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)(jian)接入一(yi)個(ge)(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容C2將電(dian)(dian)(dian)感L1在C相(xiang)(xiang)產(chan)生的(de)感性(xing)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)抵消掉。于(yu)(yu)是三相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)完全平衡,并且三相(xiang)(xiang)的(de)功(gong)(gong)率因數(shu)全等(deng)于(yu)(yu)1。
