隨著電力電子技術(shu),特(te)別是(shi)大(da)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)可關斷器件技術(shu)的(de)發展(zhan)和日益完善,國內(nei)外還在研制、開發一種更(geng)為(wei)(wei)先進(jin)的(de)靜(jing)止無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)發生裝置(SVG),SVG憑借(jie)著其優越(yue)的(de)性(xing)能特(te)點(dian),在電力系統(tong)中的(de)應用(yong)將越(yue)來(lai)越(yue)廣泛。電網輸(shu)出的(de)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)包括兩(liang)部分:有(you)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)和無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)。有(you)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)是(shi)指直(zhi)接消耗電能,把電能轉變為(wei)(wei)機(ji)械能、熱能或化學(xue)能,利用(yong)這部分能量作功(gong)(gong)(gong)。而無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)則是(shi)指為(wei)(wei)建立交變磁場所需(xu)要的(de)電功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv),這部分電能并不做功(gong)(gong)(gong)。

還有是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力用戶的(de)非(fei)線性負荷(he),沖擊性負荷(he)等大(da)(da)量投運的(de)因素(su),如(ru)煉鋼電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)爐(lu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化機車運行等對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量的(de)影響,使公用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網產生大(da)(da)量的(de)諧波(bo)干擾(rao),產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)擾(rao)動,產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波(bo)動與(yu)閃變等。比(bi)如(ru)說居民、商業區及小工(gong)廠(chang)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)點(dian)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量檢測,根(gen)據重要程度(du)一般一個月或(huo)一季度(du)檢測一次,并應進行詳細的(de)記(ji)錄存檔(dang)。定期巡檢使用的(de)儀器主要是(shi)便攜式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量分析儀或(huo)手持式電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)量分析儀。
高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)集中補(bu)償(chang)是指將電容(rong)器裝于(yu)變(bian)(bian)電站或(huo)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)降壓(ya)變(bian)(bian)電站6 kV~10 kV高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)母(mu)線的補(bu)償(chang)方式;電容(rong)器也(ye)可裝設(she)于(yu)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)總(zong)配(pei)電室低壓(ya)母(mu)線,適用(yong)于(yu)負荷較(jiao)集中、離配(pei)電母(mu)線較(jiao)近、補(bu)償(chang)容(rong)量(liang)較(jiao)大的場所,用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)本身又有一(yi)定(ding)的高(gao)(gao)(gao)壓(ya)負荷時,可減(jian)少對電力系統無功(gong)的消耗(hao)并起到(dao)一(yi)定(ding)的補(bu)償(chang)作用(yong)。其(qi)優點是易(yi)于(yu)實行自動投切,可合理地提高(gao)(gao)(gao)用(yong)戶(hu)(hu)(hu)的功(gong)率(lv)因素,利用(yong)率(lv)高(gao)(gao)(gao),投資(zi)較(jiao)少,便(bian)于(yu)維護,調節方便(bian)可避免過補(bu),改善電壓(ya)質(zhi)量(liang)。但(dan)這(zhe)種補(bu)償(chang)方式的補(bu)償(chang)經(jing)濟效益較(jiao)差。
