高(gao)壓并聯電(dian)(dian)容器成(cheng)套裝置主要(yao)用(yong)于6kV、10kV、35kV等工(gong)頻(pin)輸配電(dian)(dian)系統中,用(yong)于提高(gao)功(gong)率因數,調整電(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)壓,降(jiang)低線路損耗(hao),充分發揮設備(bei)效率,改善供電(dian)(dian)質量(liang)。
● 采用優(you)質(zhi)高(gao)壓電(dian)力電(dian)容器,可靠性高(gao)、壽命長、損(sun)耗(hao)小、運行溫升(sheng)低;
● 裝(zhuang)置的實際電容 與其額定(ding)電容之(zhi)(zhi)差不(bu)超過額定(ding)值的0~ 10%,裝(zhuang)置的任何(he)兩線路端(duan)子之(zhi)(zhi)間電容的最 大值與最 小值之(zhi)(zhi)比不(bu)超過1.06;
● 裝置允許(xu)在由于過(guo)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)和高次諧波造(zao)成的有(you)效值(zhi)1.30In的穩定過(guo)電(dian)(dian)流下運行(xing), 對于電(dian)(dian)容具有(you)最 大正偏(pian)差的電(dian)(dian)容器(qi),這(zhe)個(ge)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)流允許(xu)到達1.43In;
● 裝置允許在工頻1.1倍額定電壓下長期運行;
● 裝置對電(dian)容 器內部故障除設(she)有(you)單臺熔斷(duan)器保護(hu)外,根據主接線(xian)型式不(bu)同(tong),設(she)有(you)不(bu)同(tong)的(de)繼電(dian)保護(hu)。電(dian)容器組的(de)保護(hu)可選(xuan)用開口三(san)角電(dian)壓保護(hu)、中性點不(bu)平(ping)衡電(dian)流保護(hu)或(huo)差動電(dian)壓保護(hu);
● 放電線圈直(zhi)接(jie)并接(jie)在(zai)電容器組的兩(liang)端,當(dang)電容器組從(cong)電源退出運行后,能使(shi)電容器上的殘壓在(zai)5秒內降至50V以下;
● 電(dian)抗器(qi)串接(jie)在電(dian)容器(qi)回(hui)路中(zhong),以限制(zhi)投切電(dian)容器(qi)組中(zhong)的(de)高次(ci)諧(xie)波,降低合閘(zha)涌流。串聯電(dian)抗器(qi)的(de)電(dian)抗率僅對于(yu)限制(zhi)涌流的(de)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)0.1%~ 1%,對于(yu)限制(zhi)5次(ci)及(ji)以上的(de)諧(xie)波,選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)4.5% ~ 6%,對于(yu)抑(yi)制(zhi)3次(ci)及(ji)以上諧(xie)波,選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)12%~ 13%。
