無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)補償(chang)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)有三種采(cai)樣方式(shi),功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)因數(shu)型、無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)型、無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)電流型。選擇(ze)那一種物理控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)方式(shi)實(shi)際上就是對無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)(lv)補償(chang)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)的選擇(ze)。控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)是無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)補償(chang)裝置的指揮系統,采(cai)樣、運(yun)算、發出投(tou)切信(xin)號,參(can)數(shu)設定、測量、元件保護等功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)能均由補償(chang)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)器(qi)完成(cheng)。
純電容無(wu)功補(bu)償模組原理及作用
無(wu)(wu)功補償技(ji)術(shu)的發(fa)展經歷(li)了從同步調(diao)相機→開(kai)關投切(qie)固定電(dian)容→靜(jing)(jing)止(zhi)無(wu)(wu)功補償器(qi)(SVC)→靜(jing)(jing)止(zhi)無(wu)(wu)功發(fa)生器(qi)SVG(STATCOM)的幾個不同階段(duan),目前國內以靜(jing)(jing)止(zhi)無(wu)(wu)功補償器(qi)(SVC)為主。根據結構原(yuan)理的不同,SVC技(ji)術(shu)又分為:自飽和(he)電(dian)抗器(qi)型(xing)(SSR)、晶(jing)閘管相控(kong)電(dian)抗器(qi)型(xing)(TCR)、晶(jing)閘管投切(qie)電(dian)容器(qi)型(xing)(TSC)、高阻抗變壓(ya)器(qi)型(xing)(TCT)和(he)勵磁控(kong)制的電(dian)抗器(qi)型(xing)(AR)。
三相電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)的基本原則:1、欠(qian)補(bu)償(chang):補(bu)償(chang)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)要(yao)求(qiu)小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)被抵消的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感(gan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)。補(bu)償(chang)后仍(reng)存在(zai)一定(ding)數量的感(gan)性(xing)無功電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),令(ling)cosφ小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)1但(dan)接近1。2、全(quan)補(bu)償(chang):按照感(gan)性(xing)實(shi)際負(fu)(fu)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)配置電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi),IC=IL將感(gan)性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)用容(rong)(rong)性(xing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)全(quan)部(bu)抵消掉,令(ling)cosφ等(deng)于(yu)(yu)1。3、過補(bu)償(chang):大量投入電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)器(qi),在(zai)全(quan)部(bu)抵消掉電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)感(gan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)后,還剩余一部(bu)分電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)(rong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),此時原感(gan)性(xing)負(fu)(fu)載轉化為容(rong)(rong)性(xing)負(fu)(fu)荷性(xing)質。功率因數cosφ仍(reng)然小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)1。
